A demand draft for Rs 300/- (non
refundable) in favour of Yenepoya University, payable at Mangalore to
be sent along with duly filled in application to the Registrar on or
before the last date prescribed
Attested photo copy enclosures of the
following; nationality and domicile certificate if there is any change
of domicile; marks card of 10+2/PUC/PDC/Higher secondary marks
card/pass certificate; B.Sc Nursing/PCBSc Nursing marks card/degree
certificate; one duly attested passport size photograph; experience
certificate if applicable; character certificate from Head of the
Institution last attended; birth certificate (1st page of SSLC
certificate or any other authentic certificate); medical fitness
certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner; SC/ST/OBC
certificate if applicable; registration fee by demand draft for Rs
300/-(Rs three hundred) only, drawn in favour of Yenepoya University payable at Mangalore
